Use of Services

maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to
your

Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) between you and Manannan Media. This
agreement will detail the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.
- Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide all
necessary information, materials, and
feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of services. Delays in providing
required materials or feedback may result in delays in the delivery of services.
- Revisions and Changes: Revisions to deliverables
will be outlined in the Service Agreement
or SOW. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional
fees.
Payment Terms
- Fees:
All fees for services will be detailed in the Service Agreement or SOW. Payment is
required according to the terms outlined in the agreement.
- Late Payments: If payment is not received by the
due date, we reserve the right to suspend
or terminate services until the outstanding balance is paid. Late payments may also incur
interest charges as outlined in the Service Agreement.
- Refunds: All fees are non-refundable unless
otherwise stated in the Service Agreement or
required by law.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership:
Unless otherwise agreed upon, all intellectual property created by Manannan
Media, including but not limited to designs, code, content, and branding, remains the
property
of Manannan Media until full payment is received.
- License: Upon full payment, you will be granted a
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
use the deliverables for their intended purpose. You may not resell, distribute, or
otherwise
use the deliverables beyond the scope outlined in the Service Agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed
during the
course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, client information,
and
financial data. This obligation of confidentiality extends beyond the termination of the
agreement.
Limitation of Liability
- No Warranties:
Our services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either
express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or that they
will
meet your specific needs.
- Limitation: In no event shall Manannan Media be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our
total
liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without
notice,
for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to our business
interests. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic
of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these
terms or your
use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Republic of Ireland.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this
page with an updated revision date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically
for any
